BUYER BEWARE! ONLY HALF THE AMOUNT OF LIGHTS AS ADVERTISED!

False advertising. Only 182 lights on mine, not the 300 advertised (14 rows of lights with 13 lights in each row. Yes, I counted! It seemed awfully still for a small cape that was supposed to have 300 LEDs!). Also, no instructions how to attach gigantic metal poles to the sheer cape that has the ends stitched shut and doesn't have any Velcro around the sides to attach to the poles. (The pole is too wide for the opening at the top. They apparently didn't quality test this before sending the product out.)
I guess we'll see if the lights even bother to stay on since it's only half the amount it was supposed to be.
I thought this listing seemed too good to be true. Very disappointed. Feel ripped off.

It was everything I needed for my costume! To make it a cape I carefully cut holes for my arms. I received compliments all night long! I must say it was spectacular!

Absolutely the greatest thing ever! Completely worth the money!!! I will be buying these for everyone!!! We use them for Tim Tim videos and when we go camping and we’re really great for 4th of July! The only complaint is the neck piece is cheap and itchy but if your crafty it’s an easy fix.

works but power button doesn't work

The LED lights are bright and match the description. There are no instructions included, which made it difficult to find the "hole" where you slide the support rods. For those who had the same problem, the slot is halfway down the side. The biggest problem is that the power button is non-existent. We can see where the button is, but it's not hooked up to anything. To turn off the lights, we have to remove the batteries.

Suuuper cute but they weren’t lying when they said for kids lmaoooo. the part that’s supposed to go around your next is suuuper tight, i found my self having to readjust it so that i wouldn’t choke tbh lol. but also i would have to hold onto the wings since t was kinda heavy so it wouldn’t start slipping off of me. other than that though, i got many compliments and i’d definitely purchase again (:

This was a gift and when I gave it to an excited 9 yr old, it didn’t work! There was no contact to make the batteries work. Very expensive piece of junk. Not to mention a sad and disappointing child and consumer. DO NOT PURCHASE CHINESE JUNK!
