Unfortunately I’m very unhappy with this product. I purchased for a gift & the lights are not bright, there’s no instructions, it’s a “choker” style with the battery pack that is heavy, located right at the base of the neck. I’m still unable to find the slots for the rods & I’m just very disappointed. The material is very shimmery & pretty but overall not worth what I paid.
So, this “toy” is a bit of a mixed bag. My daughter loves the lights but does not like wearing it because it is very uncomfortable. The way it attaches is around the neck and the strip is a scratchy fabric and Velcro. It’s a shame because the cape part is very fun. I think we will return as it’s not something she will wear.
Much like some other reviews the "blush" ended up looking more like lipstick. The filling was also coming out at the seams when I received it so I didn't want to risk using it as a neck pillow as intended because I didn't want to damage it more.
