He uses this every day & while it's showing a bit of wear, it's still in good shape. We turn the cylinder a bit every month or so to keep the wear even. Would definitely buy another one.

All my cats love these, I have several, and they seem to last about a year, and then they do need to be replaced, I have 4 Big boys that use these on the daily
I absolutely love this item, the only issue is it doesn't rest right around the neck. It tends to fall off. Adorable as a stuffie though so I do love it still
